Property description
We are renting 4 rooms apartments of 100 m2, overlooking the sea. Apartments are very suitable for two families or one large - there are two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds, a living room with a corner sofa bed for two people - total number of persons is 6 plus 2. There are two separate bathrooms with showers and fully equipped kitchen, two spacious balconies. The patio with barbecue can be used, parking is provided, pets are allowed. Since we are a small family business and have built this house for our family, we want all of our guest to feel like home and have everything they need for a great vacation. Ražanac is a quiet place at the foot of the Velebit Mountains, away from Zadar, only 20 kilometers, 15 minutes away, with a few hidden sandy coves, beaches and sea.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Fereinwohnung.
Wir sind schon mehrmals beim Branco gewesen und freuen uns jedes Mal . Wir buchen immer die obere Wohnung, obwohl die untere genauso toll ist. Die obere Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und voll ausgestattet, ich wüsste nicht, was eigentlich fehlen könnte. Es sind zwei Terrassen, eine mit Meeresblick, die andere mit Pinienwald. Parkplatz vorm Haus und ein großer Grill steht einen auch zu Verfügung. Der Branco ist ein netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, den man einfach immer wieder gerne besucht. Die kleine Stadt Razanac ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt kleine Supermarkets und Restaurants in der Nähe . Badestrände gib es auch reichlich mit Bars. Branco hiermit möchten wir dir und deiner Ehefrau nochmals für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken. Freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr.
