Property description
Villa Ana is a house with two apartments. The apartments are modern. Each apartment has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the Paklenica National Park (Velebit) and islands of Pag and Vir. Each apartment has a washing machine and a dishwasher. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning. In the courtyard there is an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and heated pool (18 m2) with sun terrace and deck chairs. The apartments are located 1500 m from the beach. 100m from the apartment there is a small shop. Restaurants, post office, doctor and pharmacy are 5 km away. The owner lives on the ground floor. Each apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and another toilet. The kitchens are fully equipped. The living room has extra beds and a TV. Next to the pool is a lodge equipped with a sauna, jacuzzi and exercise equipment.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
