Property description

We rent two apartments in Rogoznica. Each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and two terraces overlooking the sea. The ground floor apartment also has a fenced yard (suitable for children) with outdoor shower and barbecue area. Each apartment can accommodate four people, two in the bedroom and two in the living room. Opposite the apartment is a lighted parking lot. The apartments have air conditioning. The apartments are located 750 m from the center, to the first beach we have 350 m, to the big store Tomy 250 m, to the bus station 200 m. Bed linen, towels, dishes, kitchen utensils are ours. Each kitchen has an oven, microwave, refrigerator and gas stove. The rental price in June is 40 eur, in July 50 eur, in August 60, in September 40 eur. The price of the night includes all costs

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
