Property description
Villa Branka is located in Rogoznica Bay Stupin Čeline and lies on the coast, just 10 meters from the sea! We offer you a choice of 6 suites: 4 apartments with two bedrooms for 4/4+ 1 persons and 2 type studio apartments for 2/2+ 1 child. Each apartment is modernly equipped and has a kitchen, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning and a terrace with a beautiful sea view. The beach is in front of the house and reserved for our guests only! Along with a beach shower, guests can use beach deck chairs, tables, chairs and umbrellas for free. Of course each of the apartments has secured private parking, and guests can use our 2 barbecue in the yard. At 20 meters from the coast is a private pontoon island of 8 m2, excellent for playing, sunbathing and jumping. It is possible to get fresh fish, shellfish, oil, homemade wine or grappa from the owner. On request it is possible to moor a boat up to 6 meters in front of the house. For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 15% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 85% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 09:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 13:00 pm.
