Our family house is surrounded by a garden and a large parking lot. The house has a ground floor where there is an apartment MARIJA with its own entrance and a room with a bathroom NORA with its own entrance and a 1st floor where there is an apartment NETI with its own entrance. In apartment NETI there is an air conditioner that cools and heats and it is rented all year round. There is no air conditioning in the MARIJA apartment because the ground floor of the house is made of stone, so it is not needed. Apartment MARIJA is rented only for 6,7,8,9 months (summer months) There is no air conditioning in the NORA room, we provide guests with a fan in the summer and heating in the winter and the room is rented all year round. It is suitable for 2 people.
