Promotional prices in May, June and September! Special discounts for longer stays (2 or more weeks). When making a reservation, an advance payment of approx. 30% of the total price of the stay. The rest of the total amount is paid at the latest before arrival, or exceptionally - when entering the apartment. If the guest cancels the reservation, he is not entitled to a refund of the advance payment.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 15:00 pm.

Mali raj!
Lokacija fantastična. Za osnovne namirnice, Konzum je na 400m, u blizini restorančić i konoba ,a najbitnije PLAŽA JE PREKO PUTA! Na plaži sjajan bar. Plaža je šljunkovita i dobra za decu. Gazde su divni, gostoljubivi i razumni ljudi. Parking je ispred apartmana. Do centra Rovinja oko 1,5km šetnjom uz more! Imam samo reči hvale!
