We are a family that has been renting apartments and rooms for more than 30 years. Within our family house there is apartment NETI (50 m2) which is categorized with 3 stars, apartment MARIJA also categorized with 3 stars and 1 room with bathroom NORA also categorized with 3 stars. Our family house is surrounded by a garden and a large parking lot. The house has a ground floor where there is an apartment MARIJA with its own entrance and a room with a bathroom NORA with its own entrance and a 1st floor where there is an apartment NETI with its own entrance. In apartment NETI there is an air conditioner that cools and heats and it is rented all year round. There is no air conditioning in the MARIJA apartment because the ground floor of the house is made of stone, so it is not needed. Apartment MARIJA is rented only for 6,7,8,9 months (summer months) There is no air conditioning in the NORA room, we provide guests with a fan in the summer and heating in the winter and the room is rented all year round. It is only a 15-20 minute walk to the city center or 3 minutes by car, and the first beach of PORTON BIONDI is about a 10 minute walk, near our family house there is a large Kufland store, a children's park with swings and swings, restaurants Tugurio, Orka, Perla. , Porton Biondi, dentist and veterinary clinic. Our apartment NETI and apartment MARIJA and room NORA are waiting for you to become our guests and enjoy an unforgettable vacation in beautiful Istria and Rovinj. Apartment NETI accommodates from 2 to a maximum of 4 guests, it is suitable for families with children, couples or friends, while room NORA accommodates 2 guests. Apartment MARIJA can accommodate 2 or 3 guests. Next to the building there is also a brick grill in our garden, where you can enjoy delicacies from the grill that you prepare yourself in peace and quiet. In short, an ideal place to escape from everyday life and vacation for the whole family or couples or friends. Towels, sheets and blankets are provided. Cleaning is done regularly after guests leave. Apartment NETI, apartment MARIJA and room NORA have free WI-FI internet and provided free parking in the yard of the house, so you can leave your car in the yard and comfortably go to the beach or the center on foot, which avoids paying for additional parking. The hosts are hospitable, quiet and unobtrusive people who are at your disposal for all your inquiries about any information and the most favorable offers of the city of Rovinj and its surroundings. Payment and notes

Tourist tax is included in the price!

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you come to accommodation unit.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.

Pets are welcome and are charged extra 15 €/night.
