The furnished flat Soni is in a family house located in a Rovigno’s suburban belt encircled by natural landscape and grass courts with Mediterranean scrub. A macadam road long about 750 meters, also used as cycle path, connects it with the main road. The sea’s shore and the nearest beach is 1200m away and the town centre is 3500 m distant.The apartment can lodge 4 + 1 guest, 4 in the 2 bedrooms and 1 in an extra bed in the living room. An independent entrace offers a great privacy and comfort to the guests. As such it is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holyday. The apartment has 70 m2 and is made up an entrance hall which leads in a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Two terraces stone covered crown it, the main has 55m2 the smallest 9,5m2.You have a panoramic view from the main terrace surrounded by meadows and woods, far away you can see the town with the church’s silhouette and the bell tower of St. Euphemia, the symbol of Rovinj. In front of the house a private garden about 1000m2 offfers the the possibility free to park several cars. Internet access is free, unlimited and available throughout the proprety ( WI-FI ).
