Property description
House Ivas is a family house, pet friendly, and bicycle friendly. Istrian house is approximately 200 years old completely renovated and converted into three apartments with a large fenced yard. Situated in a quiet street not far from the sea halfway between Umag and Savudrija, 5 minutes from the sandy and rocky beaches, tennis courts, and swimming pools. Bike paths along the coast, a distance of approximately 15 km. The golf courses at 3 km distance. Close to restaurants, wine cellars, sailing, scuba diving, and horseback riding make for an interesting end to this family, sports, and recreational tourism. The house is intended to accommodate 10 to 14 people or three families. The ground floor apartment for 6 persons and two apartments on the first floor to accommodate 4 persons. Parking. All apartments are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen, SAT/TV, wireless internet, bicycle rental, delivery of vegetables from the garden, etc. Pets are welcome.

Payment and notes
Tourist tax is not included in the price!
For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 15:00 pm.
Additional payments
Pets are welcome and are charged extra 7 €/night.
