The Villa Lara is totally new built. An apartment house with a beautiful tavern and an own noble swimming pool. The beach of Savudrija is just a few minutes by walking and can be reached on a straight, direct way. The house provides you with the highest standard of indivdual and modern comfort. All apartments are equipped with air condition. For your own car a protected and roofed parking area is available. To achieve well-being, building materials and furnishings biocompatible are choosen. The center of Savudrija is less than 500 meter (0,3 miles) away where various shops are available. Even so close there is no noise pollution at Lara - villa. It is the ideal place where you can relax, having fun as well as being an ideal point where you can start your excursions and discoveries! Six new, modern, generous and individual apartments with sizes of 52 sqm and 64 sqm equipped with all comfort are available for your convenience. All apartments have bathroom / shower / toilete, air condition as well as an own balcony or terrasse. For entertainment free SAT- TV and DSL internet connection in each apartment with a low priced fix tarif is available. Apartments are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 or 6 persons. Prices vary between EUR 350 and EUR 980 per week and apartment depending on season and the selected size of apartment. The apartment is available normally each Saturday from 4.00 p.m.. The time of departure is 11.00 a.m. at the following Saturday if booking for one weeks time.
