his apartment is a luxury penthouse of 100m2, and is located near the sea (about 30m from the beach). The apartment consists of a large hallway with closets, two bedrooms, a huge living room, a separate kitchen with a balcony, a bathroom and a terrace with an attractive sea view. The apartment is located above the "Promenade of Health" and a series of beaches that stretch between Crikvenica and Selce. It is 500m away from the center of Selce. The area is quiet and very green with a large, beautiful garden. Nearby there are shops with restaurants and other facilities such as children's playgrounds. Welcome!

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
