The apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the house, with a large terrace, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi network, bed linen, towels and a view of the sea 500 m away. The apartments, which can accommodate 4 people, have a kitchen and living room, one bedroom, bathroom and toilet. In front of the house there is a barbecue and 3 parking spaces, but nearby parking is also available. If you want to taste "Dalmatia", part of our offer are homemade olive oil and wine, available for purchase. Podsolarsko is a small community, perfect for tourists and surrounded by numerous shops, shopping center "Dalmare", the famous hotel complex "Amadria Park", only 3 km from the center of Sibenik.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 15:00 pm.
Additional payments
Pets are welcome and are charged extra 5 €/night.
The final cleaning is 20 €
