APARTMENT A (60 m2): Ground. It consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen (with dish washer), living room (satellite TV, stereo) and most importantly for the summer, a spacious terrace (cca 30 m2) overlooking the sea and the house with barbecue. APARTMENT B (30 m2) loft. It consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and two balconies. The house is located in a small bay Tepli bok and 15 meters away from the sea, 500 m from the small old fishing village Maslinica where there are shops and several restaurants. Tepli flank the bay ideal for windsurfing because of the wind mistral who always gently blowing, and this is the reason why it is never too hot. Villa Peggy is ideal for two families (8 people) who want to spend a holiday together yet separately.
