Studio with a big terrace and a open sea viewThe accommodation is in a quiet area in the south of Split. It affords an open viw of the sea and the islands of Brac and Solta. The beautiful studio apartment is on the fourth floor of a house with a lift and can accommodate two people. The air-conditioned living and sleeping room hasa double bed, a dresser, a sofa and an LCD flatscreen TV. The open kitchen with a counter and two bar stools is equipped with a two-ring hob, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath, washbasin and toilet. Wireless Internet access is available. The 35 m? terrace with an awning for shade has a table, chairs and deckchairs. You can enjoy a wonderful view from here. There are sports and leisure activities nearby for the whole family, suc as a leisure park and paths for cycling, skating or jogging. Bars, restaurants, grocery shops and a bus stop are also nearby. It is just a five-minute walk to the nearest pebbled beach. It is a pleasant half-hour walk along the municipal beaches to the Split old town. The 1700-year-old town centre and the Diocletian Palace are UNESCO world cultural heritage sites.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
