Property description
We offer 2 modernly furnished apartments of 40 m2 for 2-4 persons, 60 m to the sea and with a beautiful sea view. They are located on the 1st floor of a family house. They consist of a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining area and an extra bed. They are air-conditioned, have satellite TV and WiFi available. The kitchens are equipped with dishes and cutlery, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Bathrooms feature showers. The balconies of 6 m2 have awnings and beautiful sea views. Bed linen and towels are an integral part of our offer, we change them every 7 days and do the final cleaning. Parking is provided in the yard, it is possible to use the outdoor barbecue and the patio for socializing. HOW TO REACH US: Take the highway A1 from the capital Zagreb (direction Dalmatian) in the direction of Zadar, before Maslenica Bridge exit towards Starigrad, 10 km drive through Rovanjska, Modrič and Seline to Starigrad, 1 km after the center, behind the Plantazija 2nd Street Campground left Varaždinska 1, first house on the left. Starigrad Paklenica is the starting point for the Paklenica National Park, and the vicinity of Velebit provides sports such as hiking and free climbing. Due to the pebbly beaches that stretch for miles, the place is suitable for summer holidays for families with children, and tennis courts, sports fields and water sports equipment are a sufficient guarantee for a real active holiday. Speleologists and hikers can enjoy the mountains of Velebit and Paklenica, and walkers and herb collectors will find beautiful walks on the slopes of the national park. The tourist offer includes entertainment and cultural events and cultural and artistic events. The gastronomic offer is based on local cuisine including fish specialties, lamb, prosciutto and cheese. ATTRACTIONS SPECIFIC TO THE PLACE: - Ancient place Argiruntum (Starigrad-Paklenica) - Paklenica National Park (mountaineering, trekking, biking, mauntainbiking, seebajaking, Zrmanja rafting) - Base for active excursions and visits: NP Paklenica, Kornati, Cerozero , Zrmanja, Winetou tourism ADDITIONAL FACILITIES: In the port on the north side, which is partly protected from the bora and the south, smaller yachts can be moored, the depth of the sea is from 2 to 5 meters.

Tourist tax is included in the price!
For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 10% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 90% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
