The building was built as a house of 6 apartments, which were purpose-built as independent units (apartments), with a separate entrance, inside a common staircase. Apartment Turquoise 1 is suitable for families with children because it offers 2 bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen with an open living room in 58 m2. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, large refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with oven and ceramic hob. In the living room there is a 52" TV, free WIFI. Next to the living room there is a large terrace and a yard with a barbecue. The bathroom offers a washing machine, hair dryer, towels and basic hygiene products. The apartment is located 50 m from the beach with small stones and the coast, 100 m from the city center and other facilities. Apartment Turquoise 2 is also suitable for families with children, the area and location of the rooms is identical to that of Apartment Turquoise 1. The difference is that it is located on the 1st floor and does not have access to the courtyard on the ground floor with a barbecue. The apartment has a fenced terrace, shown in the pictures. Apartment 2 does not have a washing machine, unlike Apartment 1.
