Property description
Apartments Ivan are built on the basis of a family long tradition and experience. We are doing business with love and pleasure. Our wish is that our guests take with them only good memories of the most beautiful holiday. Apartments Ivan are situated only 50 meters from the sea, and can accommodate four apartments 2 + 2, one 2 + 3 and one 2 +4. All apartments have a small kitchen, living room with TV and air conditioning, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a small hallway, and terrace overlooking the sea. Linen is provided. Also, parking is provided. Grill is common and is located behind the house. St. Petar n/m is a quiet, relaxing place, 15 km from Zadar and 8 km from Biograd. It offers sand, concrete and rocky beaches, and plenty of sun and clear sea. When you want to visit natural beauty we can offer you organized travels to several national parks and nature parks in the vicinity: Krka, Kornati, Paklenica (Velebit), Telašcica, Vrana. We are looking forward to your arrival.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you arrive to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
