*** COVID-19*** The hosts adhere to the instructions of the civilian headquarters, the interior ministry, the health ministry, the tourism ministry, and are enforing active measures regarding COVID-19. Hand disinfection and social distancing are required from hosts and guests. *** Dear Guests, Our house contains 2 apartments, one bigger "Matija" (****) of 47 m2 with bathroom, toilet, bedroom, living room with dining room and kitchen, and a large terrace with beautiful views of the Pasman Channel. The second apartment "Leon" (***) of 38 m2 has everything that has first except a separate toilette, and a small balcony. Both apartments are air-conditioned. Wifi, Parking, barbecue, deck chairs and beach umbrellas, SUP (2x) are free of charge. Nearest old towns (Biograd, Sv. Filip i Jakov, Zadar) are great choice for sightseeing. Hosts are delightful to satisfy their guests. We look forward to your visit, Thank you.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you arrive to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 12:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
