There is one large common terrace and each apartment has a balcony with an open view of the central Dalmatian islands, Šolta, Brač, and Hvar. The owner lives in the building and is available for any kind of help.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 10% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 90% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
