Two bedrooms have a spacious double bed and the other two have two single beds each for one person. The sofa can be used as an extra bed and a bed for small children is also awailable in the bedroom. One bathroom has a shower, and two bathrooms have an open shower area separated from the rest of the bathroom by a glass wall, the remaining bathroom has a spa bath. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, and meals can be served in the outdoor or indoor dining room with 12 seats. You can also show off your own culinary skills in the outdoor charcoal grill. In the yard there is a beautiful pool covered with ceramic mosaic, it has the possibility of heating or cooling. Around the pool there are 6 deck chairs and one swing where you can relax. A variety of exercise equipment and bicycles are available for sports enthusiasts. Villa Lavanda is a little Dalmatian paradise! The name of the place and the Ugljan island is most probably derived from the name "ulje" - olive oil due to the intensive production of olive oil. In Ugljan there are more than 1000 inhabitants, mainly engaged in tourism, fisheries, and agriculture (olive growing, grapevine and figs). The autochthonous vegetation (oak, pine and cypress trees) has been replaced by typical Mediterranean cultures so from 60% to 70% of the island's surface occupy olive groves and figs. The island of Ugljan is connected to the nearby Zadar by a very frequent ferry line, which since 2006 runs even at night. The climate of the island of Ugljan is the typical Mediterranean with extremely dry summers and mild winters and very pleasant for life both in the summer and winter months.
