Dear Guests, Welcome to our apartments in Umag. We are located in a quiet area of Umag, just a few minutes’ walk away from the sea. Besides the well known tourist destination, this town is known as a sport oriented city. Opportunities for active holidays here are fantastic. Rich sports infrastructure, natural bounty, Istrian mild climate and fresh sea air are suitable for activities and recreation throughout the year. The family house is newly built and equipped, including a total of five apartments. Apartments are air-conditioned and consist of a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a balcony, and two suites have a separate bedroom. Every guest has the ability to access the Internet. Our guests have provided parking place in the courtyard, and the grill is also available. Nearby there are shops and restaurants as well as sports and playground, which favors to unforgettable family vacation. We look forward to seeing you!

Tourist tax is included in the price!
For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you arrive to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 12:00 pm.
