For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 09:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 12:00 pm.

Casa perfetta per una vacanza perfetta. Un plauso particolare al padrone di casa
La posizione in assoluta tranquillità, il parcheggio comodissimo la pulizia, il terrazzino e soprattutto il padrone di casa, non parlava inglese (la figlia si molto bene) come me del resto, ma con la sua tranquillità e soprattutto con il suo sorriso è riuscito a darci un sacco di informazioni per la vacanza, inoltre ci ha praticamente cucinato una stupenda grigliatina di orate e branzini deliziandoci con la sua piacevolissima presenza. Abbiamo parlato per mezzora senza sapere uno la lingua dell'altro, quando c'è umiltà e semplicità si riesce a fare tutto. Complimenti davvero e grazie mille della meravigliosa vacanza.

Great place! Very comfortable apartatment in good price just like at the pictures.
Apartament Riba is a wonderful place near to magnificent beaches. The owner is a kind man, very helpful and friendly. The apartament is clean and has comfortable rooms. I recommend this place and can't wait to get there again! Greetings

Vis is nice island with interesting places. Accommodation superb. I recommend it. Thank you
- klidné a příjemné prostředí (quiet and pleasant surroundings) - ubytování skvělé, čisté, apartmán nový a pěkně zařízený (accommodation perfect, clean, apartment new and newly furnished) - majitelé laskaví (owners very kind) - vlastní parkování (own parking) - výhled na moře (seaview) - v dosahu malá oblázková pláž (small, stony beach in reach) - v okolí velmi pěkné pláže, cca 10min pěšky písečná (very nice beaches nearby, 10min by foot sandy beach) - každý den jezdil do ulice pekař s čerstvým pečivem, 1x prodejce ryb (every day fresh bakery just before house, 1x fisherman with fresh fish) - možnost grilování (grilling possibility)
