Everything you need is near by the villa (restaurants, bakery, beach, shops, markets, glocery, bank or doctor etc.) and that´s what makes it so special. Villa Punta is situated just 40 m from the Adriatic Sea. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, jacuzzi and a sauna, and all apartments feature a balcony with far-reaching sea views. Air-conditioned apartments at Villa Punta have a fully-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and private bathroom. Each apartment has private safe and Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the site and the apartment.distance. Rent a boat is 80m from apartment and rent a car, scooter or bike is 250m in village. First bakery is on walking distance 160m away. Organized boat excursions to National Parks Krka (25km) and Kornati (12km) are 160m from villa. You can enjou in water sports and sports facilities 300-1200m from villa.

Top smještaj
Odlična lokacija, čist apartman, osiguran parking, pored plaže, blizu centra, kompletno opremljen. Voda u bazenu čista. Do sada nismo vidjeli da robot tako dobro čisti bazen. Super što ima privatnu terasu i privatan ulaz. Ogromna terasa i krasan pogled na more!

Modern, luxus Penthouse with sea view sauna and jacuzzi, fantastic view, complete privacy, shower on roof terrace. Top location, very clean pool, private parking.
