Property description

Villa Slavica with its large, green garden offers a pleasant atmosphere for all those seeking rest and recovery and getting away from it. It is located in a quiet, though centrally situated part of the city (100 m away from a store, 200 m from the marina and 300 m from the actual city centre). The nearest arranged beach is only 100 m away from the house - suitable for adults as well as for children. The beach is also ideal for jogging, taking a walk or biking. Villa Slavica has 5 tastefully furnished and with utmost care maintained apartments. We strive to make our guests feel comfortable, therefore are the apartments fully equipped: All bedrooms and all living rooms are air-conditioned (heating + cooling), WI-FI internet, bedroom with double-bed (180 x 200), bathroom with bathtub shower, hair dryer, living area/kitchen with premium-quality pull-out sofa (160 x 200 to sleep), fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic glass hob, water kettle, drip coffee maker, TV/SAT, safe, premium-quality bedclothes and towels laundered on high temperature. There are three apartments with balcony on the floor, and on the ground floor, you will find two apartments with a terrace attached to the garden. The parking area is intended for cars, and the use for boat trailer is subject to availability.
