Modern apartment (40m2 + terrace 15m2) with separate entrance, 1 bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen; for 4-5* persons (2+2/double bed+couch) + 1* baby travel cot on request. The apartment has its own parking, a spacious terrace with a view of the yard, the sea and the mountains (the exit to the terrace is from the living room and from the bedroom, and the terrace has a protective fence on the stairs) and the distance to Mulo beach is 200m. The apartment is fully equipped; in addition to the basics, there is also air conditioning, wifi, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, mosquito net, kettle, coffee maker, baby cot, bed linen, towels, cleaning products... Gazebo with barbecue and outdoor shower is for shared use. Vrsi Mulo is a quiet little place ideal for vacation, along the sea there is a promenade with beach volleyball, children's playgrounds and an exercise area, pedal boats, jet skis, etc.. several shops, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, fast food, ice cream, donuts..a mini market with a butcher's shop, fishmonger, bakery... The walk continues through a pine forest, and for those eager to explore, the surroundings are adorned with natural sandy, pebble and rocky beaches.
