Apartment, with three stars, for 4 people in Borik, next to the hotels Borik-Falkensteiner in Zadar-Croatia, I rent all year round. Beach, market, bank and entertainment facilities for adults and children nearby. Distances: house is cca 200 m from the sea coast, cca 3000 m from the city center, nearest restaurant is cca 50 m away and nearest grocery shop is cca 60 m away House description: new house, air conditioned, internet access available (wireless) in a quiet and in a quiet place, super close to the beach (less than 5 minutes walking distance), close to the recreational facilities, close to the entertaining facilities, in the yard there is a vegetable garden, in the yard there is an orchard, rich garden, pets are not allowed. I pray for silence after 10 p.m. Noise is not allowed during the day in the apartment, since the apartment is located in an environment where other guests stay and where there is peace, both day and night. Entering the apartment on the first day of stay: After 14:00 hours Leaving the apartment on the last day of stay: Until 10:00 hours. SPECIAL NOTES: Parties and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Do not eat or drink in bedrooms. Please comply with noise restrictions. Respect the time of arrival and departure. Take care of the keys. A replacement fee is charged for lost keys. Take care of the furniture. You have to pay for the damage caused to the furniture and other things inside the apartment. Do not move the furniture. Illegal substances are not allowed in the accommodation. AIR CONDITIONING Air conditioning works on a smart card and is not included in the price. It is charged per hour of work. The air conditioning operating time is chosen by the guest according to his wishes. 1 hour of air conditioning is charged 0.5 Euro. The number of hours memorized on the card is purchased by the guest from the host. Euros for unused hours are returned by the host to the guest when he leaves the apartment
