The family house consists of two separate beautiful apartments (first floor and attic), only 2.5 km from the old center of Zadar. It is located in a quiet part of the city with a beautiful panorama that allows for a peaceful vacation. The comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment consists of a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room and the living room open onto a furnished balcony with a view of the city. Each apartment has two bedrooms. The first and second rooms have large beds and wardrobes. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. A beautifully landscaped garden with garden, swimming pool and outdoor shower invites you to relax. You can use the shared terrace, and there is also a barbecue in the garden. Free parking spaces are available in front of the house. The apartments are ideal for families with two children. Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The apartments are conveniently located for exploring the entire region. Excursions to Kornati are organized daily. It is possible to organize one-day trips to the Paklenica, Krka and Plitvice National Parks. If you are interested and need additional information, write to us. For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 09:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 15:00 pm.
