Property description
I am renting two connected apartments of 120 m2 (one apartment for 1 - 5 people and the other for 1 - 4 people) near the hospital of St. The ghost. The apartment has a separate entrance and extends through the entire ground floor. You are alone in the apartment and you do not share rooms, bathrooms, toilets or kitchens with anyone. The apartment is fully furnished, gas heating. It consists of an entrance hall, a hallway, 2 kitchens with a dining area, three separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. The apartment has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and clean bed linen with soft blankets and towels. There is also a TV in the apartment. Free wireless internet (WI-FI) is also available to guests. The kitchen has dishes for preparing meals and cutlery. In front of the apartment is a yard for relaxing with a table and chairs. There are also parking spaces. Near the apartment is the shop Konzum and a bistro. Nearby are the Sestara Milosrdnica hospital (Vinogradska), the Tumor Clinic, the Klaićeva Children's Clinic, the Podobnik Maternity and Polyclinic, and the Croatian Military Academy DR. Franjo Tuđman and the sports and recreational and concert hall Dom Sportova. In the immediate vicinity (5 minutes' walk) there is a tram and a bus of public transport that often connects all parts of the city as well as the surroundings of the city of Zagreb. There is also a taxi stand nearby. The time distance to the center or the main Ban Josip Jelačić Square is 10 minutes by tram or 20 minutes of easy walking along the main Zagrebačka street, Ilica. In the vicinity of the town square, there are numerous sights, of which the following can be distinguished: Gornji grad, the square and the church of St. Mark, baroque church of St. Katarine, Loterščak Tower, Stone Gate, Zagreb Cathedral and a number of museums and galleries. The city market Dolac, located in the very center of Zagreb, is a special experience. The apartment is ideal if you are planning a short or long stay in Zagreb.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you arrive to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 15:00 pm.

Apartman je uredan i čist i odličan za odmor ( mir i tišina). Gospođa Jasna je odličan domaćin i sve nas je lijepo i srdačno primila u svoj apartman. Detaljno nam je objasnila sve pojedinosti o gradu Zagrebu. Drugi put kada dođemo u Zagreb sigurno ćemo ponovo ovdje boraviti.
