Welcome to Apartments HoMe L, a green oasis of peace and quiet. The advantage of this location is that it is located in a quiet, green environment, yet it is close to the city center, which is only 15 minutes away by tram or car. A free parking space is provided. Spend your free time with Netflix and free wi-fi. _____________________ 1. Apartment HoMe L1 is located on the second floor of an urban villa. It consists of a hallway, two bedrooms (bed 160*200 and bed 140*200), living room, kitchen (completely equipped), dining room, toilet with shower and room for washing and drying clothes. A dryer is available on request inside the facility. __________________ 2. Apartment HoMe L 2 is located on the first floor of an urban villa. The space consists of two bedrooms. One room has a double bed measuring 160*20. The second room has two separate beds and the possibility of folding them. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and all necessary dishes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a dryer is available on request. The apartment has a TV with Netflix service and Wi-Fi. The dining room leads to a balcony and a large terrace. Upon request, it is possible to pull out the bed in the living room, and for a fee there is the possibility to accommodate another person. ______________________ 3. Apartment HoMe L3 is located in the basement of the urban Villa HoMe L. Consists of : 1. Common corridor. 2. Three bedrooms (two rooms with beds size 160*200 and one room with a bed 140*200). Each room has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. 3. Shared kitchens and dining rooms (completely equipped with dishes and additional kitchen facilities). The kitchen does not have a dishwasher. In the common room of the apartment there is a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner. A dryer is available on request inside the facility. _________________________________ Available to guests A yard surrounded by greenery is available. Inside the courtyard there is a table with chairs and a brick grill that is available to all guests of Apartment HoMe L. Other notes We are 1.5 km from the Maksimir park and the city zoo, 2 km from Dubrava hospital / KBC Rebro / Srebrnjak / Merkur. Most of the attractive faculties are located within 2 km. And for a quick arrival to Sljeme, we recommend the cable car, which is only 2 km from the apartment. We are 4 km from the city center (Trg bana J. Jelačića, Ilica, Zrinjevac, Kaptol, Dolac).
