Nearby is the Holy Spirit Hospital, Tumor Clinic, Podobnik Maternity Hospital & Clinic, and Sisters of Mercy Hospital (Vineyard Hospital), which is only three tram stops or a 15-minute walk away. In addition to the above, there are shopping centers, Lauba Gallery, Croatian Catholic University, Algebra College, Cortugli Business School, Exit Theater, Sports House, etc. near the apartment.
