The house is located in a quiet area near the tourist resort Zaton. The house is brand new. 150 meters away from the sea. The beach is sandy and very suitable for children. The environment has a lot of pine trees, which is ideal for shade. Everything is in walking distance and ideal for cycling. It is possible to use the grill. Within 500 meters from the property thera are all contents necessary for a good, high quality vacation. There are restaurants, supermarket, pubs, pizzerias, supermarket, doctor, hairdresser, live music, disco. From sports facilities there are 16 tennis courts, basketball and football playground. Also, it is possible to go to horse riding, scuba diving with an instructor, parachuting, etc.. Guests can enjoy very many opportunities to go on trips such as boat trips to Kornati and within several national parks such as the Plitvice Lakes national park, Kornati national park, Krka national park, national park Paklenica.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 09:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.

Pets are welcome and are charged extra 10 €/night.
