Property description
The house is newly built and modernly decorated with a spacious garden and swimming pool. It is located by Lake Prukljan in the town of Bilice, not far from Šibenik and the Krka National Park. The facility also offers the possibility of renting a boat, bicycles, or SUP boards. Along the entire lake, there is a beautiful promenade and numerous bicycle paths. The house is located in the center of the town, it is ideal for people who love nature and the lively atmosphere of the Dalmatian town. We accept up to two pets in the facility, and there is a well-equipped beach for dogs near the facility. The house consists of a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room. It has four bedrooms (each with its own balcony or loggia) and three fully equipped bathrooms. The building has several outdoor terraces, a lounge area around the pool, and a summer kitchen with a grill.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
