Villa Mare is one of only 4 houses located in the protected area marked as a significant landscape. Punta rata beach, one of the most beautiful gravel beaches of the world, is located 100 meters from the house as well as Famous Brela Stone – a symbol of Brela. In July 2004, the American Forbes magazine listed this beach among the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. In 2014 The Huffington Post website described Brela as dream destination and a perfect reason to get on a plane to Croatia as soon as possible. According to Belgian website European Best Destinations - Punta rata is one of the most beautiful beaches in 2015. Podrače Beach (listed in 2015 among the 15 most beautiful and desirable vacation destinations by the site European Best Destinations) is in very close proximity of Punta rata beach. The ground floor of the house contains very spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and toilet with washing machine. Kitchen is fully equipped and living room has a large 65“ TV and air conditioning. The living room is connected to the terrace of 48 m2 which has big dining table. Pine trees and other Mediterranean plant species surround the house and complete the atmosphere with the smells and sounds of nature. First floor contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom contains large double bed, TV, air conditioning, balcony and beautiful sea view.
