Villa Nicolara is a semi-detached, completely restored old Istrian house with swimming pool situated in a little village Krušvari near the town of Buzet. This stunning property is a semi-detached old istrian house converted into a beautiful holiday home, located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The villa can accommodate up to 6 persons. The villa is spread over the ground and the upper floor. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor contains 3 bedrooms, another bathroom with shower and an access to the terrace. Guests have access to a swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. The pool is equipped with sun loungers and sun shades and outdoor shower. The villa also has an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Private parking is in front the building.
