The house is located in the small quiet town of Kaštelir, just 8 km away from Poreč. The house consists of 2 apartments, each with its entrance, so it is suitable for 2 families, the yard is shared and great for socializing. The house is rented as a whole. Each apartment consists of a kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms. Each room has its bathroom, both on the first floor and on the ground floor, with one additional toilet on the ground floor. The yard is completely fenced. You have your own swimming pool 8m x 4m, trampoline, children's playground, outdoor terrace with barbecue, and 4 parking spaces, two of which are covered. An ideal place to spend a vacation with children. Parties are not allowed.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
Additional payments
Pets are welcome and are charged extra 10 €/night.
The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 400 €
