We offer relaxation in the beautiful nature in our luxuriously equipped Villa Ema ***** with a beautiful view of the sea! The character of this villa is in the quality of accommodation . The Villa is equipt with everything you need. On the ground floor is a good equipped kitchen, living room, separate toilet and laundry room. The exit from the living room leads to a large terrace and outdoor heated pool. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, each of them has a separate bathroom, exit to the terrace. The villa is air-conditioned and covered with wi-fi and private parking. A spacious yard with a garden gives you total privacy, and a beautiful view of the sea and the Krk archipelago will satisfy all your dreams. The town of Vrbnik is only 5 km from the house, the beautiful sandy beach of St. Marek is 2 km away and the other most popular tourist destinations on the island Krk are within reach. For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 09:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.

The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 300 €
The final cleaning is 120 €
