Welcome. Welcome to Villa Sirotnjak, oasis of greenery, singing birds and peace, away from city traffic. Villa Sirotnjak is placed in a nature park Ucka, below the mountain Ucka and near beach Medveja. Sourrounded by woods and fields and overlooking the sea gives the holiday a real pleasure, not far from the place Lovran with whose promenade you can reach the center of Opatija, a pearl of the Adriatic. The house is located in a small village Lovranska Draga. In Lovranska Draga there is a walkway through the woods which leads you to the natural wonder called Slap. It is a waterfall which is a really beautifull thing to see, and is visited bi lots of turists that come from all over. Also there are many walkways that lead to the peak of the mountaint Ucka on which there is a beautifull rook from which is an amaising view.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.

Pets are welcome and are charged extra 10 €/night.
The use of the air conditioner is additionally charged 5 €/night.
