It impresses with the highest comfort, modern interior and elegant design. Villa Iva has 5 bedrooms. There are four rooms with a double king size bed and one suitable for one person. At the entrance to the building, on the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a large sofa suitable for evening gatherings. A spacious dining room and a modern and fully equipped kitchen are tucked away, so that they are separated from the living area. Walking through the corridor, you come across to the bathroom and one bedroom and an additional toilet. On the second floor are the airy master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Also, exit to the balcony. The interior is equipped with high-quality appliances, such as large flat screen TVs, LED lighting, automatic cooling, and the best household appliances. On the outdoor terrace, which you have access to from the living room, there is a swimming pool to cool off in hot and sunny summer days. Also deckchairs for pleasant sunbathing. There is also an outdoor shower. An outdoor fireplace is also available in the facility, so you can prepare delicious meals for your family.
