The upper house next to which is a terrace with a swimming pool is beautifully and functionally furnished with an external staircase that connects the floors. In this house, the rooms are located on the upper floors, while on the ground floor there is a nicely decorated large kitchen and living area. The second house is a newer, modern house that is nicely and well equipped. The spacious living room and terrace are located in the attic of the house while the rooms are one floor below and are connected by an internal staircase. The living rooms of both houses and the pool are on the same level and are connected by a terrace. The terraces of the house and the pool offer an unforgettable panoramic view of the central Dalmatian islands and the sea, while behind the house there is an equally beautiful view of the mountain Biokovo, a protected nature park. Beautifully decorated terrace with pool lies in an old olive grove with a pleasant ambience of mountain and sea. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful natural environment on a small hill above Makarska.
