A fully equipped kitchen and dining are located on the ground floor separated from the pool area with a big glass wall with a feeling of having lunch by the pool. On the ground floor, you can further find 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has access and a beautiful view through a glass wall on the pool area. Stylish solid wood stairs lead you to the first floor, which begins with a gallery representing the workspace if there is a need for business activity. Further on the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Villa features 4 Bedrooms, 4 ensuite bathrooms, Double beds 180×200, Ensuite bathrooms, Linen, Towels, Pool view, Glass walls, Free Wi-Fi, Shower, Toilet, Hair dryer... On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 09:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 17:00 pm.

Super pobyt
V tejto prekrásnej vile sme si naplno užívali 14 dní. Vila sa nachádza v tichej dedinke na veľkom oplotenom pozemku, ktorý je obklopený olivovníkmi. Pláže sú od vily vzdialené cca 3 km a je ich niekoľko. Na pozemku sa nachádza detské ihrisko so šmýkačkou, hojdačkou a veľkou trampolínou. Vila už na prvý pohľad pôsobí naozaj luxusne. Moderne zariadená, čistá a voňavá :) Na prízemí vili sa nachádza bohato vybavená kuchyňa s kávovarom a umývačkou riadu a jedáleň s výhľadom na bazén a taktiež obývacia izba. Na prízemí sa nachádza herňa s pinpongovým stolom, šípkami, badminton, speedminton a práčkou a taktiež 2 izby s prístupom cez terasu na bazén. Na poschodí sa nachádza pracovný pracovný priestor a 2 izby. Každá izba má vlastnú kúpeľňu, fén a klimatizáciu. K dispozícii je raz týždenne čistá posteľná bielizeň a uteráky (2x osuška 2x ručník, 1x podložka k sprchovaciemu kútu). S izieb je výhľad na bazén. Pri bazéne (50 m2) je 8 ležadiel, veľký slnečník a veľká slnečná terasa so sedením, slnečníkmi a grilom. K dispozícii sú uteráky k bazénu, ktoré majiteľ mení každé tri dni. S majiteľom sme boli v kontakte už pred pobytom, bol veľmi priateľský, milý a ochotne nám odpovedal na každú z našich otázok. Taktiež počas pobytu sme ho niekoľkokrát kontaktovali ohľadne tipov na výlety, odporúčaní na pláže a pod. Boli sme veľmi spokojní s jeho prístupom a môžeme povedať, že to bola jedna z top dovoleniek a ubytovanie vo vile bol naozaj zážitok. Odporúčame!!!

Wunderschöne große Villa!
Wunderschöne große Villa! Sehr viele Details, einfach nur umwerfend sobald man das Grundstück betritt. Alles sauber und gepflegt, wunderschöner Pool, viel Grünfläche! Super freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Er ist sehr bemüht, spricht perfektes Englisch. Diese Villa ist einfach nur Traumhaft! Wer hier nicht mindestens ein Mal auf Urlaub war verpasst etwas!

Wohnen wie ein Millionär
Wohnen wie ein Millionär. Die Villa ist luxuriös und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet, der Pool ist einfach ein Wahnsinn. 4 Schlafzimmer und ein riesiger Wohn-Essraum lassen keine wünsche offen. Die Villa befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und das Meer ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Der Vermieter spricht englisch und italienisch, deutsch leider nicht. Die Fotos der Villa werden von der Realität noch übertroffen. Alles in allem ist diese Villa sehr zu empfählen.
