Property description

Kuca Ljuba, a spacious, very beautiful new holiday home with pool, just a few meters from the beach. The spacious, lovingly and very well-equipped holiday home is located in Medulin and extends over 2 floors. You have 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with a shower, a very well-equipped kitchen and living area, and a balcony with a view of the sea. The terrace of the house offers the highlight of the beautiful pool for relaxing vacation days. The pool is approximately 3x6m. The pool is available from May 17th to October 6th, 25. The beach in Posesi, about 200m away, can be easily reached on foot. The large sandy beach and the harbor promenade of Medulin can easily be reached along the beach promenade. There are a large number of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Medulin also has shopping opportunities, you have several supermarkets here such as Lidl, Plodine or Konzum. Fresh bread rolls are also available from the various bakeries. Excursions can be started easily from here. Pula with its large amphitheater and its famous weekly market can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can simply hop on the bus and be taken to Pula and back without the stress of looking for a parking space. (There is a stop about 5 minutes from the house) If you want to bring your bikes, Medulin offers a number of marked bike routes. You can also rent a bike on site if necessary. You can also set off quickly and easily from here to the excursion areas of the Kamenjak National Park with its beautiful beaches or to the bays of Liznjan and Sisan.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
