Property description

The beautiful house offers a short walk to the beach, in a very nice location! The veranda invites you to have breakfast. An outdoor grill completes the whole thing. The house has 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped. In the living area you will find a large sofa bed. A veranda with a large barbecue completes the holiday home. You can park directly at the house. You can easily walk to the beach in Posesi. You can easily reach the large sandy beach and the harbor promenade of Medulin along the beach promenade. Restaurants, cafes and bars abound in the area. Shopping is also available in Medulin, you have several supermarkets here such as Lidl, Plodine or Konzum. Fresh bread rolls are also available from the various bakeries. Excursions can easily be started from here. Pula with its large amphitheater and its well-known weekly market can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, simply get on the bus and let yourself be taken to Pula and back without stress and looking for a parking space. (a stop is about 5 minutes from the house) If you want to bring your bikes with you, Medulin offers a number of marked bike routes. You can also rent a bike on site if required. You can also start from here easily and quickly to the excursion areas of the Kamenjak National Park with its beautiful beaches or to the bays of Liznjan, Sisan. Within a radius of 10 to 40 km - active vacationers get their money's worth with a wide range of different sports, games and leisure activities, e.g. B. mountain biking, fishing, surfing, yacht charter, etc. Depending on your individual holiday ideas, cultural sights can also be reached quickly. Fazana, or the Brionian Islands National Park, with its unique flora and fauna is about 15 minutes by car. The port city of Pula is known as the cultural center of Istria.
