Villa Roza is located in the charming village of Murter on the island of Murter. The island itself attracts visitors with its stunning bays, sandy beaches, and untouched natural beauty, providing a peaceful and idyllic setting for a relaxing getaway. Villa Roza is home with both a ground floor and an upper floor. It features a garden, BBQ equipment, an outdoor heated pool and a gym. House has kitchen, dining area, living room, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, balcony and terrace. Parking is free and available on site. There is parking space for 5 cars. WiFi and Air conditioning are free of charge. Pets are not allowed. We offer a service of washing, ironing and daily cleaning up on request There is also outdoor table tennis, table football, 2 electric bikes and 2 mountain bikes. There is outdoor heated pool, loungers and pool towels. Pool is open 1st of May House features WiFi, Air conditioning and flat screen TV. Kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, kitchen utensils, water kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and dining table. Living room has flat screen TV and sofa. There is toilet, bidet, hairdryer, toiletries and one washing machine. There is also a balcony and terrace with outdoor furniture and sea view. Beach is 250 m away. Market is 400 m away.
