Property description

Villa Potočnjak was built in 1911, upgraded in 1939/1940, completely renovated in 2016/2019. We paid special attention to the decoration of the house so that future guests could enjoy the comfort but also the beauty of the villa. Everything in the house is new in combination with restored furniture from the Art Nouveau era. It differs in its arrangement from the standard arrangement of holiday homes. Everywhere you can see the atmosphere of the past such as frescoes in the kitchen, the remains of a stone house... Dear guests, thank you for choosing Villa Potočnjak for your vacation. On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 15:00 pm.
