Welcome dear guests! If you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax in the fresh air surrounded by nature, Villa Fani holiday home is the right choice for you. The house is located close to the Opatija Riviera at the foot of the Učka Nature Park, in the small town of Veprinac, which is 519 m above sea level. It is an ideal place for vacation. The capacity of the house is for four people. The house consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining room, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the kitchen is fully equipped. On the first terrace there is a table and barbecue, while the second one is intended for enjoying the sun and relaxing in the jacuzzi. There is a parking lot in front of the house. We also offer the possibility of charging an electric car (Type 2, 11kwh), free Wi-Fi.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
Additional payments
Pets are welcome and are charged extra 7 €/night.
The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 100 €
