In addition, there is a roof terrace available with a breathtaking 360 ° panoramic view of the Adriatic sea, the coast with beaches, and the beautiful mountains on the other side. The villa consists of a total of 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens, 4 indoor dining areas, 6 bedrooms, 3 balconies, 3 terraces, 5 private bathrooms, and 2 toilets and 2 showers in relaxation area. The whole space is air-conditioned with 6 air-condition units, and for a pleasant stay during the winter months, the entire house has central floor heating. The villa is Eco friendly, and a large part of its energy is obtained using solar panels. Each apartment unit is equipped with large flat TV screen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron, safe, and linens such as robes, sheets and towels. Included in the offer for our guests is access to a jointly owned gym, which can be reached by a short walk. It is situated 300 meters away from the villa. In the close vicinity there are sandy and pebble beaches, restaurants, a café-bar, bicycle paths, promenades and an ornithological reserve for birds. Zadar Airport is 60 km away from the property. Paklenica National Park is only 60 km away, while Krka National Park and Plitvice National Park are around 100/140 km away.
