Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 140 cm, 29.04.-30.09.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, pebble beach 30 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. Village with farms and domestic animals. Inside house 4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC, hydro massage shower. Terrace 15 m2, roofed, terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool and the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
