Villa Nikolas 2 is situated in small village Peroj, 2 km far from the Fažana and Vodnjan and 7 km from the city Pula. The village of Peroj is ideal for a quiet holiday and has natural beaches that are pebbly and rocky. In the summer there are various festivals with local specialties and a theatre for children. House Nikolas 2 is new vila with sea views and 1 000m² large garden with swimming pool and jacuzzi. This house have 4 bedrooms, 1 living room with kitchen, 4 bathroom,1 WC, 4 terrace, barbeque, free parking, TV and wi-fi, Air-con. Distance from the sea and pebble beach by walk is 350 m. If you are looking for lovely, quite place in heart of nature near the sea come and visit our place. You will enjoy it!! Refundable deposit in case of damage-500 Eur 1 dog is welcome- on request

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
Additional payments
Pets are welcome and are charged extra 10 €/night.
The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 400 €
