Villa Ziziphus is located in Premantura, a lovely place most known for its Cape Kamenjak (windsurfing, kayaking...). Situated on a 900 m2 of land, it provides a lot of room for a relaxing vacation. Guests have access to a private heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi, several terraces with garden furniture, BBQ and swings for children. House is entirely located on ground floor and it is wheelchair accessible. It consists of a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a separate toilet. Free private parking is available on site.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
