Property description
Hacienda Matea - a completely fenced estate of 2,000 m2 with a beautiful modern house, located in a quiet area between Pula and Medulin. A green oasis between the sea and the mountains, ideal for a relaxing holiday, just a few minutes by car to the sea, vineyards and fields or to the city center. Spend unforgettable moments with family or friends with a barbecue on the terrace with a view of the olive trees and the pool with the chirping of birds and the sound of the wind. The beautiful view from the living room of the pool and olive grove and the exit to the large terrace will leave you breathless. On the terrace there is a dining table, a screen for resting and deckchairs, a swimming pool and an outdoor shower. For the youngest, there is a swing and table tennis, and our garden is ideal for children's games. As the sun begins to set, you can recline in a hammock in the garden that smells of olives and local herbs and watch the sun set in the distance. The location of Hacienda Matee is an ideal starting point for visiting all the sights and features of our region. In just a few minutes you will reach the center of Pula, where you can visit the Amphitheater, a protective landmark of the city of Pula and Istria, local gastronomy and nightlife. On the other hand, in Medulin you can visit one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Croatia with its beach bars. For fans of the crystal clear sea, there is also the Kamenjak Nature Park with its cave, rocks, farm, dinosaur trail and Beach Bar Safari. Wine lovers will be able to test their tastes in nearby wineries with a view of the vineyards. We definitely recommend visiting the nearby oil mills and their olive groves and testing local oil and local cheese and prosciutto. The gastronomy of Istria leaves you breathless, there are local taverns and agritourisms that serve only local food from local producers. Locally grown fruits and vegetables can be purchased nearby, such as a butcher's shop and a fish market. The area is very diverse (agricultural estates, olive groves, vineyards, beaches, sights, activities) and will make your vacation interesting if you let your imagination guide you.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
Additional payments
Pets are welcome and are charged extra 15 €/night.
The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 300 €
The final cleaning is 300 €
